Heidi Clodfelter, Owner

Heidi began working in property management in 2000. She started out as an onsite manager for a large multi-family complex. She then accepted employment with a property management company in 2001 as a property management assistant. She quickly advanced to a property manager and began her portfolio with 250 units. In 2016 she purchased Principle Property Management and now has a team that manages approximately 500 units in Linn, Benton, Polk and Lane Counties.

Nikole Prechtel, General Manager

Nikole is the general manager and a licensed property manager for the Lane County portfolio. She has been working in property management since 2015; where she began her career with Principle. She graduated from Northwest Christian University in 2017 with a bachelor’s in business management. Nikole was raised in the Willamette Valley and is an avid Ducks fan. She loves spending time with her family and adorable dog Koda!

Hillary Gammon, Licensed Property Manager

Hillary started with Principle Property Management in April of 2022. She has been actively working in the Eugene/Springfield area for the last 7 years and earned her property manager license in 2017. Hillary had been working on and off in some form of property management since her teen years when many of her family members started working in the industry. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games and watching movies at home with her husband, 4 rambunctious boys, and 2 German shepherd dogs.

Jehf Mortalla, Customer Service Specialist

Jehf was a pastry chef before but switched careers to spend more time with her son. She enjoys cooking and baking for her family. She loves to travel, but also doesn't mind staying at home and chilling. She likes to play mobile games during her free time.

Daryl Garay, Maintenance Coordinator

Daryl is a registered Criminologist in the Philippines, a wife, and a mother of 1. She is currently the Maintenance Coordinator of Principle Property Management in Springfield and works from home. When she is not working, she usually spends time with my family, and sings karaoke. Daryl loves singing and used to write her own songs, using her guitar, when she was younger.

Alyssa Anguay, Leasing Agent

Alyssa is acquainted with managing home rentals for the last three years. She's a furmom of 2 dogs, named Jennie and Bonnie. She loves getting a tan at the beach and enjoys watching movies or volleyball competition with her family.

Sean Benson, Maintenance Manager & Licensed Contractor

Sean has over 12 years experience in property management. He is well-rounded in construction industry and obtained his construction contractors license in November of 2019. Originally from Southern California, Sean has lived in Oregon since 1994. He enjoys the outdoors, riding, spending time with family, and Duck football. GO DUCKS!

Daniel Collman, Maintenance Supervisor

Daniel was born and raised in Springfield. He is married and has 2 kids. He has been in the property management field for close to 15 years. He loves the outdoors and working on his property.

Matthew Benson, Maintenance Technician

Matthew was born in southern California and raised in Springfield. He enjoys playing video games, shooting, kayaking, and spending time with his pug Lola.
